This is the Ancestor for 
's male fantroll Nereus Caspan. His title is The Emissary.
A little info on The Emissary:
The moirail of The Benedict, The Emissary functioned as an ambassador of sorts to the Low and Highbloods. He traveled Alternia, delegating the issues of all trolls back to The Benedict, who would then deal with each accordingly. The Emissary was a Roseblood and as such was a royal with a claim to the throne according to the Hemospectrum castes.
However, he preferred to live a life behind the scenes where he could blend in with the Lowbloods. This ability is what made him so invaluable to The Benedict. The Emissary kept detailed diaries of his travels of Alternia, recording all that he saw and heard. These diaries have been lost into history, until his descendant eventually found them battered, faded and nigh illegible. He died at the hands of the Fuschiabloods after trying unsuccessfully to reclaim the throne for himself.

((...I will sit here and honestly say that I had a dream about The Emissary last night.
Silly, I know.
I don't remember too much of what happened, but I do know that he wasn't referred to as "The Emissary". He was called, "The Expel" (although I assume my silly brain meant to say "The Expelled" or something), and for some bizarre reason... The Signless was there and was apparently trying to hurt him with something called, "The Rebel..." Something. I think it was "The Rebellion Revolver" or "The Rebel Revolver" or even just "The Rebel" and it was about the size of a large machine gun, and it was pretty much a machine gun.
Sorry if this is weird, I just thought I'd let you know.
Also, The Emissary didn't have horns for some reason, but I recognized him by his outfit...
