HS: Princess of Pisces

Had this idea in my head for a while. Out of all the female trolls, I think Fef is the prettiest..._{but that might just be my Eridan bias showing XD} Ara and Kan are pretty too, but they don't have that "exotic-ness" that Fef has ^_^ Plus I wanted an excuse to draw a pretty dress. And I specifically drew her without the glasses/goggles/whatever they are (I think they're goggles...?) cause I wanted to make it like a "formal type" picture.
